A symphony of music, lights and melodies rewards your baby's movements through two modes of interactive play. In Mode 1, your little one can hear songs by activating one of four instruments. Instruments include a drum, mini xylophone, trombone and guitar. In Mode 2, baby is encouraged to "play" the instruments and shake the magical microphone for musical sounds and a dazzling light show. Requires 3 "AA" batteries (included). Measures 12"L x 16"W x 19.5"H.

Customer Rating: Summary: this toy is fun Comment: my daughter loves the sing along stage I would rate this toy a 10+. Your child would love it too.
Customer Rating: Summary: Super toy! Comment: My 8 month old grandaughter loves this toy. It keeps her attention for hours, and she gets so excited when she makes the music play. It is vey sturdy, and supports her as she pulls herself up on it. My only suggestion would be to put rubber on the bottom of the feet, to keep it from sliding on hard floors.
Customer Rating: Summary: Might or Might not be worth it to you. Comment: I have to review this toy. I bought the stage by impulse when it was half off at Walmart. In July of 2008. I had B/G twins almost 12 months old that started playing with it imediately. They were just starting to walk so they were standing for long periods of time with little help. Honestly it was the only thing besides the Fisher Price Learning Home that they played with. It was very engaging for them. The mirror, and lights along with the music are designed perfectly. They were always smileling ear to ear. It was like crack and they were addicted. As parents we were both enjoying it, no crapy music and sounds here. DH would frquently activated it himself and laugh when our twins responded by danceing to the music. Then as they became more steady on their feet they quickly lost interest in "playing" with it. This was a very short time only a few weeks later since recieving it. By 14 months I was selling it on Cragslist. They were now only interested in it if they could "climb" it. The stage was then a hazard because they were able to tip it back and rock forward and back causing falls, brusies and crying. Otherwise it sat gathering dust.
Bottom line is as soon as your children become steady on their feet they will want to climb it and then you will need to put it away. In our experience the toy would have been best introduced sooner say around 6 months when both of my twins were sitting up by themselves unassisted. We have a nephew who is a couple months older then our twins and he did not walk and climb until much later. Maybe started around 15 months? So for them they received much more playtime from the toy. We also have the Fisher Price Learning Home with in my opinion is HANDS DOWN the best toy purchase ever. My B/G twins are 16 months old and its still like crack to them. Constant play even with all the toys that have come and gone from our home. They also can not injure themselves on it as it is extremely stable. If your tight on space then I certainly recomend it over the stage. IMHO every young child should have the Fisher Price Learning Home. Its that great! ;)
Customer Rating: Summary: This toy is a superstar Comment: My 11 month old loves this toy, I always find him laughing and giggling with his reflection in the mirror!
Customer Rating: Summary: Superstar Stage review Comment: This was a gift to my granddaughter on her first birthday. It was more popular than any of the gifts her parents or anyone else gave her. She has it very prominent in her toy area and when we go to see her she goes right to it and starts playing it. Her parents were very surprised that she was so taken with it. But it is for any child that is a natural performer.
