Summary: Samsung OEM USB cable for T639
Comment: Once the Samsung PCSuite for mobile phones is installed, this cable seems to work just fine for exchanging data to and from the phone (in this case, a T639).
The Samsung software (on Win XP), while it has pretty colors, is a bit unclear, especially regarding saving and editing contacts. I wanted to easily be able to consolidate multiple entries for one contact into one entry with multiple emails, numbers, etc. Doing this is cumbersome.
But the cable itself is fine, and even seems to charge the phone.

Comment: Life is like a box of cables, you never know what you're going to get after you order. Received the right cable, OEM as advertized, great price, and on time. Plugged it into my Samsung a737 and PC, viola... It's just nice to order technology thingies that come up right.

Comment: I own a flipshot, but had no way to access it through my computer. I found the driver online (for free), and bought this connector and can now better utilize my phone (upload some music, pictures, etc.). Basically, it was worth the buy.

Comment: hi. Full stars for this because:
a. ends are well labeled (easy to tell which way up for insert)
b. cable is plenty long (3.5'), and thicker/more robust than anticipated
c. works for both data connection AND CHARGING for my particular phone, Samsung Eternity SGH-867, which isn't listed in the item description as being supported.
d. Shipping was prompt from third-party seller.
